Thank you for the, more than expert advice. I have one question though. How can a Commercial Finance Broker make headway in the World of Bulk REO's (recently got screwed over by some California jerks, I'll leave nameless until I can complete my well planned, Federal and State backed RETRIBUTION... Broker finds LENDER who is really a "conduit", another BROKER for the actual LENDER... so these guys shoot me in the foot with that daisy-chain #&$% and so I basically volunteered my time to help those HUMPS get a $500M POF... for FREE).
